Federal Firearms License (FFL)
To comply with Federal law, we are only allowed to ship our actions to an Individual or business who holds a current Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Fortunately, this is a simple process that happens every day, and most FFL holders are very familiar with it. Here is an overview:

A customer completes the purchase transaction for the action on our website, or by phone.

They then contact their favorite gun dealer and ask to have a copy of their FFL emailed to us at Sales@PuckerFactorRifles.com. Alternately they can provide us with the email address of their favorite gun dealer and we can request the FFL for them.

After we receive the FFL, we will ship the action to the address listed on the FFL.
- Once the action arrives at the favorite gun dealer's location, the customer can go there to complete the normal paperwork (4473 Form) and background check, and pick up the action.
- Done!

Most dealers charge between $25 and $50 to receive the action, do the paperwork, and process the transfer. This is between the customer and the dealer.
Note:
It is important to provide your name or order number with the emailed FFL, and any other correspondence.
